Goals and Objectives

Develop a stable enrollment.

Maintain a safe and orderly environment. This is a pillar to any success we will have, and we must be mindful of that in all aspects of student interaction (classes, lunchroom, and movement between classes).

Achieve the highest levels of timeliness and attendance. Faculty and staff are the role models for students. They will not grasp the importance of reliability if we do not demonstrate it ourselves.

Teach multiple levels within each class. The nature of our school requires that we serve students with diverse educational backgrounds. Therefore, homogeneous groupings will be difficult to achieve. We must provide classes that teach to the varied levels of the students we serve.

Recognize the team approach. We have been assembled to do a job. We must all pitch in to help the overall organizational objectives and not be controlled by titles or job descriptions. In other words, everyone here has the responsibility to teach, discipline and keep the building clean.

Ensure effective communications. If we are to achieve our goal of teamwork, we must be certain that information is to be shared with the appropriate members of the staff.
